The world of job seeking has changed drastically in just the last few years, and the increase of using an Applicant Tracking System has made it difficult at times to be found. Many companies are using Applicant Tracking Systems to filter out good resumes from other resumes they do not want to look at, searching for key words, phrases, and other significant facts to make the pile smaller. For you to be found as an applicant, you need to use those keywords so that the program says you are a good fit – but you still have to be found. You can read about a few strategies in this posting.
